Outlook Kitchen is located inside the posh Envoy Hotel in the Seaport. Unlike its popular roof deck bar with phenomenal views, the restaurant is located behind the lobby and it is on the quiet side. But there is no reason why you couldn’t come here for a boozy brunch. Outlook Kitchen offers tall glasses of Bloody Mary’s along with other delicious cocktails like the rosé sangria. The menu is on the larger side offering a wide variety of sweet, carb and egg options. We loved starting off with the pecan sticky bun; its flaky-like dough has the perfect sweet/sticky ratio. It comes with bacon jam on the side, which we were not crazy about but could be the perfect addition for all the bacon lovers out there. The Three Egg Omelette is nothing spectacular; it is a bit on the bland side. We highly enjoyed the BELTA Breakfast Sandwich. It is not your traditional BLT – it comes with a fried egg, avocado, bacon aioli in between two thick crusty pieces of sourdough bread. We definitely want to come back for that and to indulge on the Nutella French Toast that is topped with caramelized chai rum bananas – sorry summer bod, you can wait! Not to mention, all of the ingredients used are extremely fresh and the food quality is exceptional. Even though Outlook Kitchen is located inside an upscale hotel, the brunch prices are very reasonable with almost everything around $12-$15. One downside is that the service is extremely slow and not impressive.
