75 Chestnut

75 Chestnut is a cozy restaurant hidden in Beacon Hill. The atmosphere is quaint and welcoming. You may also be familiar with their sister restaurant, 75 Liberty, located in Seaport. If you’re a Bloody Mary fan, then you are in luck! 75 Chestnut offers an extensive DIY Bloody Mary bar that offers many different mixers, vodka (including unique infused flavors) along with garnishes and hot sauces. The brunch menu is of medium size offering a wide variety of egg and sweet option. Everything sounds so delectable that it is nearly impossible to choose. We ended up ordering the Ham and Cheese Waffle and Chicken Sausage Hash. The Ham and Cheese waffle is topped with two eggs any style and comes with a side of bacon. Sadly, it is mediocre – there isn't much ham and cheese instead of being on top for added flavor it's mixed into the waffle batter. The Chicken Sausage hash comes with mushrooms, onions, potatoes, two eggs any style and topped with hollandaise. This is also good but unfortunately doesn't have that wow factor we were hoping for. The menu is reasonably priced with everything ranging around $12-20 (lobster items being on the higher end).
